Open Question: I currently own a business, And I am considering Starting another business, will i have to have 2 ein repossessed vehicle #’s or 1?

I am starting a taxi [tag]business[/tag], And was wondering If I had to get another EIN # for this new [tag]business[/tag]… Or do I have to use the First Ein # that I got when I started the first [tag]business[/tag]… Also With this taxi service I am planning On Instead of Using a sole-proprietership D.B.A , Using a LLC… Does anyone know what you have to do…or the process to obtain the LLC Title.
