Open Question: WHAT foreclosure debt??? by owning the business licens?

what debts will i accrue if i own a [tag]business[/tag] license, where the person running the [tag]business[/tag] (brother) will not need to spend money(shop has everything it needs)? and the rent will be payed for by the person (brother) running the [tag]business[/tag]? i dont think the rent would even have to be in my name or would it have to be if i m the holder of the [tag]business[/tag] license? everyone says i will acquire debt but they dont say what from?
