real estate investing Open Question: Should women be in a higher position then men(in the business world)?

How does what the bible says about women being submissive to man effect the [tag]business[/tag] world? i am an independent beauty consultant with mary kay and i do not want to wear the suit because i feel it is not feminine enough.( i wear nice respectable dresses) i believe women have there place in society. and that place is different from that of a mans.. all that being said… should christian women place themselves above men in the [tag]business[/tag] world?
